Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Validity:

   – Our quotation is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue.
   – Prices are subject to change after this period.
 
2. Deposit Requirement:
   – A 50% deposit is required before any work can commence on your project.
   – The deposit amount will be specified in the quotation.
   – Please ensure that the deposit is paid promptly to avoid any delays in the production process.
 
3. Proof of Payment:
   – Once the deposit has been made, please send a proof of payment to billing@mhmp.co.za.
   – The proof of payment should clearly indicate the quotation/invoice number and the amount paid.
   – Upon receipt of the proof of payment, we will confirm the payment and proceed with the project.
 
4. Payment Terms:
   – The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the project.
   – We will provide you with the final invoice upon completion, detailing the remaining balance and any additional charges (if applicable).
   – Full payment must be made within 05 days from the date of invoice.
 
5. Late Payments:
   – In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% per month on the outstanding balance.
   – Any additional costs incurred for debt collection or legal action will be the responsibility of the client.
 
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
   – In the event of project cancellation, any costs incurred up to that point will be billed accordingly.
   – The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
   – Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
7. Changes and Revisions:
   – Any changes or revisions to the project after the commencement may result in additional charges.
   – We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with the changes.
 
8. Ownership and Copyright:

   – All designs, artwork, and intellectual property created by Mariann hill Mission Press remain the property of Mariann hill Mission Press until full payment has been received.

– Upon full payment, ownership and copyright of the final product will be transferred to the client.
 
Turnaround Time for Printing and Website Projects:

 
1. Printing Turnaround Time:
   – The printing turnaround time is estimated to be between 3 to 5 working days from the approval of artwork.
   – Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the quantity of materials to be printed.
2. Website Turnaround Time:
   – For website projects, the estimated turnaround time is between 2 to 4 weeks.
   – This timeframe includes the development, testing, and finalization of the website.
 
3. Artwork Approval:
   – In order to meet the estimated turnaround time, it is important to provide timely approval of the artwork.
   – Any delays in approving the artwork may result in a delay in the production process.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
   – We value effective communication and collaboration throughout the project to ensure timely completion.
   – Prompt responses to queries, feedback, and requests for information will help us maintain the estimated turnaround time.
Same Day Orders:

1. Express Service:
   – For clients who require their orders to be processed and completed on the same day, we offer an express service.
   – Please note that same day orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
2. Additional Fee:
   – An additional fee will be applied to same day orders to cover the expedited production process and any additional resources required to meet the urgent deadline.
   – The exact fee amount will be specified in the quotation or provided upon request.
3. Availability:
   – Same day orders are subject to our capacity and workload at the time of your request.

– We recommend contacting us as early as possible to check the availability of our express service.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated turnaround times and may be subject to change based on project requirements and workload. We will strive to keep you updated on any changes that may affect the delivery schedule.
