Rob Riedlinger started his own print business when he was 22 years old. 15 years later, that business has grown to be one of the premium, high quality, short run print businesses servicing Ad Agencies and other Printers in Kzn.
Rob started an informal support relationship with Mariannhill Mission Press when he came in to help make Bishop Oswald’s book, “Our Joy in Being Catholic” a reality in 2008, and ultimately a South African best seller. Having been born at St Mary’s hospital, Rob has always felt a strong connection to Mariannhill.
Rob has moved out from his own business (which he still owns and is Managing Member) and joined Mariannhill Mission Press full time to create the ultimate dream team and restore the Press to its former greatness.
Raymond Sipho Mchunu, is the longest serving member of Mariannhill Mission Press having started in 1977 as a Linotype Machine operator type setting the famous Umafrika Newspaper. In 1988 Raymond moved Mariannhill Mission Press into the age of computers and he and his trusty Apple Macs have never looked back.
Since then Raymond has moved up the ranks and now heads up the production studio, bringing with him with invaluable experience. A particular strength is the many languages he has worked on.
A quite, committed and driven man, Raymond will exceed your expectations every time.
Zelda Francis started her print career working in her husband’s print business almost 25 years ago. It was a printing franchise with headquarters in Houston, Texas. Traveling to the USA she underwent a comprehensive 6 week training course. Zelda quickly learnt all aspects of printing from camera work, colour separations & typesetting to production, ink mixing and paper properties, from customer service to accounts. Print technology has changed extensively over time and Zelda has kept herself at the forefront.
When the business was sold in 2002, Zelda decided to stay in the industry and joined Mariannhill Mission Press 18 months ago. We are proud to have her as a member of the team. We know you are going to love working with her.
Zelda is married with 3 grown up children and three beautiful granddaughters.
